OK we are on a corner lot and our side yard is separated from the common area by a little 3 rail fence.
The common area has bark, bushes, trees and then grass. Well they came around last week and killed off all the weeds in the bark area and in the process they killed off 2 inches in some areas to up to 2 FEET of MY grass on my yard!
Well of course I called the lawn care company and complained and they said " well what do you want me to do to make this right?" well DUH, Id like you to replace my grass. Is that asking too much???
So they came out yesterday and started cutting the grass. OK. Then they start packing up. Dh goes outside and says "what about replacing the grass that you just cut up?" and the guy says" What grass?" Well HELLO, the grass you just cut out of my yard. he calls and asks the office and says "are we supposed to replace the grass too?" the company says " well yea, that was the point of cutting out the dead spots"
