Were offered bounceback on our Jan 09 trip

but ended up declining. Now, we want to book a trip for Nov 09. Does Disney ever honor those offers if you actually book a trip,but not at that time? I know I can call and ask, but with all the free dining stuff going on I knew the phone lines would be pretty crazy!

I believe you have to book bounceback while you're there.

Yes, bounceback has to be booked by the last day of the vacation during which it's offered to you. I've also never heard of anyone being able to get it for dates outside what they're offering at the time, but you can sometimes get it for resort categories not listed. i.e. the brochure says deluxe, but when you call you can also get moderate and value.
