Bahamas!

My DH and I are leaving at 4 am tomorrow morning for the airport for a quick getaway to Atlantis! I am very excited and nervous and all the feelings that go with a trip! I haven't ever been out of the country before, so am anxious to know what it's like to go through customs and such...plus, our two DDs are staying back with MIL and FIL.
So, here I am waiting for some blueberry muffins to come out of the oven so the girls will have something to nibble on before school in the morning...whew! it's hard to have even the simple things like their breakfast out of my control! lol
Anyone have any advice for traveling to the Bahamas?

my advice..... bring ALOT of money !!! eat off property as it's alot cheaper !!!!

Beautiful weather...took us about 24 hours to truly unwind and then it just "clicked"...we got it...it was supposed to be relaxing. Food, yes, was expensive. Wished the whole time that there was a place like the DIS for information.
Anyone who plans on going, I am not a complete expert, obviously, but will gladly pass along any help I can!
