Called Member Services this morning and we're finally in the system. We bought resale SSR points for our first contract and bought through TTS. It's been a slow but painless process and we're happy to finally be able to make reservations. I got our member number and activation code for the website so was able to log on and see that all our points are in our account. Woo hoo!

Now to get the friends off the fence to say what sort of accommodations we get.
