We're home from DLR....

Well, we just spent five wonderful days in DLR and had a very good time. We were in the parks the 14th-18th and had mostly great crowd experiences (very little people than what I thought would be there), the weather wasn't too bad, and both DS2 and DS1 had a great time.

Anyways... I am now going to try to figure out details (everything is such a big happy blur) to get a trip report started. And I have got scads of photos to post. I took over 800 pics in five days!!!

I am so bummed to be home and not in DLR, but happy to sleep in my own bed and take care of the kids since they both started to get colds on the way home yesterday..

They both loved the Winnie the Pooh ride because we got to see Tigger and they enjoyed Fantasmic alot because of Mickey .

My husband really enjoyed the Segway demonstrations in Innoventions and I liked steering the Mark Twain!

I think that my kids probably had a better time meeting the characters than doing the rides. We had lots of good characters experiences. DCA Goofy really liked our pen because we had a Goofy pen, Stitch picked his nose and wiped it on DS2 lol, Minnie gave both boys special hugs at breakfast since they were both cranky from being tired and it being so early still, and cowboy Goofy came over to give the boys kisses while they were sleeping in strollers when we went through BTMRR Ranch.

Glad you all had a great time! My kids love the characters too- I love the special ways they interact with the kids!

Sorry the boys are sick but glad they waited until on the way home to get sick! Feel better soon!
