From what I saw tonight while looping the 1000 loop looks like it's closed and the 900 doesn't look like that have done anything to it.
Hope this helps, I'll look closer tomarrow to see if anything else has been started.

we checked in last Sunday, and the fort is really not full, it did fill up more last night, but there are still empty space, we just came back from the Magic kingdom, and did all of the big ride fairly quickly, it does not seem as crowded as in the past, and we come every summer at this time.

Yesterday, not full at all we rode around and looked like 2 full loops were empty

900 doesn't look like it was touched at all I'm going out on a limb as guessing that 1000 loop will be the first. I have a few pictures let me see if I can get them posted from here.
