We're Going To WDW ... Really!!

So this upcoming Monday me and DM will be going to any of the 4 parks for the day. We can park hop since we our passholders so that is no problem. I am worried about crowds. We will be over there first thing in the morning. What park(s) do you suggest we do? Where do you suggest we eat?

Looking at the Extra Magic Hours, Epcot & Magic Kingdom have theirs the day before, so there should be less crowds at those parks, especially Magic Kingdom, which has the late EMH.

I would say maybe Magic Kingdom in the morning and part of the afternoon before getting a monorail to Epcot and staying to watch Illuminations. Or do the opposite where you go to Epcot in the morning and MK in the evening to watch the MSEP and the new fireworks if you haven't seen them yet.

I was at WDW for the past week, just came home last night. It's CROWDED. The whole trip MK was the crowdest, but Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and AK are tied for second.
