We're going to Red Lobster for dinner!

It seems to be hit or miss with Red Lobster...ours here is great! Never a bad meal, always fresh seafood and great service.

The one by my Mom and Dad's in Pennsylvania isn't so good.

Red Lobster opened a restaurant here on Cape Cod right across the street from a local seafood restaurant called Cooke's. Now no Cape Codder in their right mind is going to eat frozen seafood when they can have fresh delicious seafood. Red Lobster went out of business not long after opening and they replaced it with an Olive Garden which has been wildly popular.

They have fantastic salad and bread.

We enjoy eating at Red lobster, but if we still lived on the coast, we would eat at local places. RL is the onl yseafood place in the town we live in. The nearest Joe's is about 30 min away. The non chain places around here tend to sell only fried seafood and are very expensive. I wish we did have a good fresh seafood place around that didn't cost an arm and a leg.
I had the grilled lobster tail and veggies at RL last weekend. IT was pretty good.

I could go for some Cajun Chicken Pasta, and a fried seafood platter with extra crab cakes and no calamari. OH OH and some of those lobster stuffed mushrooms for an appitizer.
