August 29 - Sept. 6:

We're staying in a Suite A room at Desert Inn & Suites this time. Never stayed there, but needed a room big enough for 4 adults. Does anyone know if these rooms have 2 TVs?

Our itinerary so far is:

Saturday: Fly into Long Beach - Super Shuttle to hotel - pick up rental cars at Dollar at Anaheim Plaza Hotel - Go to Disneyland until closing or I pass out from exhaustion. :)
Sunday: Universal Studios with Front Of The Line Passes
Monday: Disneyland
Tuesday: Knott's Berry Farm & Medieval Dinner Show
Wednesday: Disneyland and/or REST :rotfl:
Thursday Disneyland
Friday: Sea World
Saturday: Disneyland
Sunday: Return Rental Car - Super Shuttle to Long Beach - Fly Home
Monday: Labor Day - REST before going back to work

We haven't been to Disneyland during the summer months since 2001 so this will be different. I swore I wouldn't do it again because of the heat & the crowds, but everyone wants to be there while the park is open late and it's warm at night, so here we go again. A big plus for me going in August is being able to see the original Haunted Mansion this time. :thumbsup2

At least this time I'll have ride-max and Hydroguy's excellent tips to help me so I think we'll do fine.

My son is going to DL next weekend...wish we could go with him, but we're going with my daughter's family again instead. He's disappointed that he won't be able to see Fantasmic, but I told him that the Remember fireworks will almost make up for it.

That's the last time we went in the summer too! ;) I don't think I'll be going back then anytime soon but I know how you feel!

Anyways DI&S DOES have 2 tv's in some of the rooms, it says on their site - I can't remember the room names buto ours was a double suite ( 2 queens, 1 bath, 1 tv - in each room). One had the coffee maker tho & the other had the fridge. It was great & affordable for a fam of 4.

The drawback is parking however, we never left so we didn't mind. So keep in mind when you get back, hunting for a spot might be tough.
