We have been trying to figure out where to go on vacation this year and after much thought and research online, nothing seemed to compare to how great it was last june at Walt Disney World. I guess this means we really are Disers. This time we're staying in one of the hotels though, we were in a camper last time, now to decide which one one we want. Any recommendations, on a budget of course, 12 glorious days Yahoo! :cool1:

We've been going for a while too! This summer, I talked my DH into 15 days at Disney! It was great!!!! After we got back, I was lost without planning another trip - so he gave me the go-ahead for our "annual" Christmas trip!!! Yeah!!! Now I've got to talk him into next summer!!!

As far as hotels, for budget trips, we like Pop Century! They are neat, clean, and lots of fun! (We've also stayed at All Star Movies a few times, and All Star Music once - for a budget trip, they are fine!) For the moderates, we've stayed at Port Orleans FQ, and Coronado Springs! Both of those were very nice too! And the deluxes are oh so nice - my DD LOVED Boardwalk Inn this past June! She loved the waterslide!!!! We've also stayed at the Polynesian, Contemporary, Grand Floridian - all very nice.

I'd suggest you study the websites - wdwig.com has some great info on the different hotels, as well as slide shows of the rooms & decor. Then you can decide which theme appeals to you most! Good luck!!!!! Have a great trip!!

For a value hotel, I'd say Pop. I've heard bad reviews, but I liked it! Bus service was great, room was clean, did not hear a lot of noise -- in the 50's section. For a moderate, I liked Coronado Springs, Port Orleans Riverside. They were both beautiful resorts. Nothing bad to say about either of them. If you're looking for a studio, 1 or 2 bedroom, we usually stay at Old Key West. Just love it! Have a great time deciding & planning -- isn't it exciting! :yay:

Check out Port Orleans Riverside if you are on a budget. My family has spent many fabulous vacations at this resort. POR is still the best value on Disney Property in my humble opinion. Have fun planning your trip.
