Im no good at doing trip reports but thought id do highs and lows. we had another amazing trip.

HIGHS

I sent a chancer email the week before and when we arrived, we recieved a complimentary upgrade to lake view room and kids had teddies on the bed. we also has water and chocolate coins (not sure if they are standard) we were so made up with that.

You may remember i was really worried about the hotel, npb, before we left. But it was great, we were right in the middle of the hotel which ment it didnt take long to get to the room and it was an amazing view. our room was really clean and the staff were really nice. breakfast was fab too.

character interaction was so brilliant and the cm's make so much effort when the kids are dressed up. our kids always were full dress up including hair and shoes! and the princesses made such a fuss of chloe. when we started one queue it was for cinderella as my daughter was wearing that outfit but by the time we got there it changed to snow white. so the cm said after her pic, come back at 11 when cinderella returned and she could go straight through as she made such an effort to dress up. Every cm we passed, stoped to talk to them.

The queues were pretty much none existant. we went straight through most rides with out waiting which was amazing.

Lows

crush! all i can say is omg!!!!!!!

i thought i was going to die, it has comfirmed that i am not build for coasters lol

There were a lot of boards up, the piate ship was covered in scaffolding, lots of shops too. even the dragon was closed. it does take away the magic abit captain eo was ment to close after our first day so we went staight there but they had technical problems so didnt see it.

Lack of sleep! i have a poorly baby so only had about 3 hours a night for 4 night before our trip and worse when we were there.

My sons toys that we brough dont work, it happened last time too.

Great to hear you got some special extra magic and that your l.o's had some great character/CM interaction.

You should email guest relations. They will try to rectify the broken/faulty toys
