We're Back!

Hi All! We're back from our awesome vacation at Disney! We stayed at CBR from August 5-12 and we had a great time! I am planning on doing a trip report on the report board. We loved every minute of our vacation. Gorgeous weather, great crowds and a beautiful resort! We're planning our next one, February 2007, can't wait! I'll be happy to answer any questions!

It was. At times it was crowded, but it was still a good time!

Well the day we checked in we were shocked. It was soooo quiet! It became more crowded during the end of the week. I personally thought the crowds were very manageable. We waited a while for the "big" rides, but it wasn't so bad that we didn't enjoy. We are Disney nuts though! lol

I was there last week (8/5-8/12), too, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of rain. The last rain we had (a torrential thunderstorm) was last Monday, 8/7. We were rain-free from 8/8 through 8/12.

How was CBR? How was check-in? Your room? How was the bus transportation? We'll be checking into CBR on the 28th of this month after a nights stay at WL.

Hi there,
Glad to hear you had a grat time. We were at WDW from 7/28-8/13. I agree the weather was beautiful, especially the week you were there. We had a few showers the week before, but it only affected our touring one night. It started raining right before dinner and didn't stop till we left early from EPCOT and got back to our hotel. The rest of that week only a shower here or there (very minimal and not every day). The next week, at least where we were there was not one shower. Most days that week only had a 20% chance of rain till 8/12 (Saturday). After a while, I put our mini umbrella's away all together.

The crowds were awesome both weeks, especially the week you went. I think it picked back up on Saturday 8/12. I think some of it depends on the parks you were at.
