We faxed with room prefs before we left and got exactly what we asked for (West wing DLH, ground floor with patio as in Joe Sam's recent report)

As we were staying five nights in DLH we were given complimentary VIP Fastpasses - no queues for us

Welcome Christmas card and Tigger for DD

Complimentary bottle of champagne arriving as a surprise on Christmas Eve

Amazing Christmas Eve meal and entertainment in Inventions

Being in Disneyland Park on Christmas Day

Ice Skating on Boxing Day

We faxed saying that we'd had a great time when we last visited the DLH, and the staff were great. We appreciated that they probably couldn't take people's prefs but if there was any chance of a room in the west wing near the swimming pool it would be great - if you want a copy of the exact text pm me and i'll email you
