I will post our trip and food reports in the proper areas but I wanted to share a couple of things we learned here which helped to make our trip more magical.
#1 Getting characters to sign postcards to send home. I havent had a character sign anything in years; it was fun for me to do and great for the kids and my parents back home who received the cards.
#2 It was my birthday while we were there and we had a great time. We made sure to stop and get the birthday badge and I had also made a shirt thanks to a dis member. I had happy birthday sung to me on the jungle cruise, in cosmic rays, at CRT and I am sure more places than that. Tons of CM's and guests said happy birthday and because we told the hotel I got a great personalized card from Cinderella.
#3 Ponchos, I know this can be a hit or miss but we needed them on one day and were so glad to have them! The $2 for both was well spent. It poured for awhile at Epcot but we kept on moving while everyone was taking cover.
#4 All the ADR help we got here was priceless. I would never have known where to make them and all our meals were great!
#5 Pal Mickey for 13.99, I would never pay full price for him but getting him for 13.99 was well worth it and a great deal! We had a lot of fun with him and learned many interesting things.
I am sure there are many more including all the little details I was able to tell DH along the trip to make things more interesting for him. Thank you so much for everyones help! The trip was made so much more magical by all of you! Look for my trip reports coming soon!
