We're back from the Towncrier meet!!!!

Yes, after a very long car drive, we are now home!


It was a wonderful time, and I just want to say it was a fabulous time.

We got to meet lots of people, and my kids had a great time playing with others.

We're not on the pics of Tuffcookies. She left before we got there, but I know some new pics were taken.


Anyway, it was nice to meet all of you, and our family had a wonderful time.. at the picnic and at Cedar Point!

We're home, too. We thoroughly enjoyed this much needed weekend away. It was so good to see everyone again and to meet some new DIS friends. We had a great time at Cedar Point, although it got pretty darn cold! And, the picnic was a lot of fun, too! It was nice to just spend the day chatting with everyone. Glad you're home safe, Cindy! It was great seeing you all again!

Boy, seeing all the pictures & reading the posts is making me really sad that we weren't able to make it this year! Looks like you had a really good group, & I'm sure the food was great! Thanks to everyone who has shared their pictures with us.

The drive itself was about 8 1/2 hours . There were two spots on I -80 that was at a standstill due to construction, and factor in a lunch stop/potty stops.. it really wasn't too bad.


I'm glad you guys made it to the zoo. I haven't been to the Metroparks zoo in years!


It was great to meet all of you!

It was truly a fun event! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone, the fact that we could go outside Sunday (even that it was a bit chilly) made it nice.
