Great to hear it worked out well in June we never got our Magical Express papers. But we did get our conformation and when we got it I noticed that we did not have the water park and more option with our tickets which i was postived we payed for our TA said I thought you had it but I guess you dont the night before we left we decided just to talk to concierge the next day and get it tooken care of when we went to speak to them we ended up just adding the part to our reservation. Now we know to check our conformation with a fined tooth comb
 
To everyone who posted about my botched reservation meltdown Tuesday night. A quick recap:

Night before we left I looked at confirmation (my fault for not checking before) and it was for previous week. Called and got an overbook room (POP) but had lost my deposit. Had to put another deposit down for this trip.

When I asked for assistance on the previous deposit I was told that that dept was closed for the night and that someone from Guest Services would be calling me in the morning to help me. We left at 1pm the next day and I'd yet to hear from anyone. We had errands to do and a friend to take to the airport and at 4pm I knew the refund dept was closing soon so I called them myself.

A wonderful CM (Adam) helped me and applied my lost deposit to THIS stay :) We checked into POP a few hrs later and everything was in order. I was so happy :cloud9:

So thanks everyone for your advice and calming words! I didn't sleep great Tuesday night, but I knew I was going to Disney and that they WOULD do their best to make it all right, and they did!

Now a funny : When he gave us our room # he drew a line to it on the map. :D IT was 2 doors down from our room in December. I said "I know EXACTLY" where that is! FUN! Anyway.. thanks again everyone!

I am happy for you that everything worked out. You seem like a really sweet person! Your brave to open up on here .....so many opinions!
