:guilty: but I'm only using it for "non critical" stuff because it makes no sense to me at all. Why do you have to hit "start" to stop your computer? Pease don't flame me too bad as DVC stuff is very close to critical but I've reserved the mac for important records and data that I can't afford to loose. Still like the mac better but this is a PC world.

Anyway there was a planner application that I couldn't use on my mac that I would like to download to the PC. If someone can think of what I'm talking about could you please post the link. I think I remember a "C" name but I can't find a way to search.

Thanks, Bob

Welcome to the Dark Side!

Don't have Bills link but Im sure someone does!

"Start" is the beginning of the procedure to shutting down the computer.

I made the jump about 5 years ago. I still have my dad's old G3. But software for macs just pale in comparison to PC's.... so here I am.... and now that I am used to it, it isnt that bad.....

Stick with your MAC you will be better off in the long run with it PC's can and usually are a nightmare after using a MAC.

And to think that I just made the jump in the OTHER direction.....PC to Mac. Got tired of all the "blue screens" that I would see on my PC.

I did think about not being able to use Caskbill's program and my VWL screen saver anymore before I bought the Mac, but it's a small price to pay for a computer that works like it should.
