I'm trying to transfer money from a checking account at WF to a savings account at Capital One Bank. I've been doing this in the past by writing a check and using mobile deposit. WF charges $3 to transfer to another bank. Apparently, SurePay is free and all you do is put in your email address. I'm just confused about how it would then get to my Capital One account. Or is there a way to do this using PayPal?

Not sure, but paypal may charge as well. I don't use paypal to often unless its for ebay. You may have to call WF about it.
