Well, we're going somewhere

My boss approved my taking off for a few days in a couple of weeks, so DH and I will be going *somewhere* for 5 days (unfortunately couldn't do the 6 we wanted, but 5 is much better than none!!). We just don't know which coast we're going to yet. :p

If we can swing the cost for WDW, that's where DH really *really* wants to go rather than DL. I'm game for either. I'm just happy to be going to Disney again! Whether it's Land or World! :teeth:

Rajah,
If you go to WDW and you're there sometime between Dec.4-8,
try to come to one of the many DIS Con mini meets!

It'd be Nov 13-17, so we won't make the meet. :(

This will be our anniversary trip (unless by some miracle we can swing one during our *real* anniversary). Our anniversary is in January, but the days DH could get off I couldn't and vice versa, and neither of us could get off for the light crowds in Dec, so this is the best we can do.

But hey, I'll take a Disney anniversary trip 2 months early over not doing one at all! :teeth:

Wonderful place to celebrate your Anniversary.
Enjoy!

Sounds like you'll have a good time! Keep us posted!

Cool, I would make a heavy push for DL though if you're only looking at 4-5 days, especially if you've never been.

Sounds great Tammi! Enjoy your Anniversary trip! I too would push for DL since you only have 5 days.

We've both been to DL, just haven't been to DCA since it opened. DH is "positive" he won't like it. I've got an open mind and am saying even if we don't like DCA, there's still Disneyland. He says that's the problem, there's *just* Disneyland. Shoot, I can and have spent 5 days there when it was *just* Disneyland Park and didn't get bored. ;) He, on the other hand, hasn't ever been for anything but a 1.3 day trip (that's one day and 3 hours), which we've done twice. Now we've also got DCA and DD to keep us busy, plus DH hasn't ever been over to the resort area. I say there's enough. :)

On the other hand, we've done WDW on just 4 park days before (which when you add all the time up is what we'd have) and we still had a good time. WDW would be better if we had one more day, but with 3 full days and 2 part days, it's still do-able. And we both really want to do some of the WDW restaurants, would like to see Tapestry one last time before it disappears, and would like to see the new stuff in Animal Kingdom.

So there's pulls to both. :)

We'll see. We need to decide, like, TODAY so we can get our air tickets, though!
