Got a snow storm.... The first big one of the year!!!! Figures....

We got 6" overnight, it's the 3rd time we've had snow this winter. When I was school age, we'd be lucky if we got 1 snow day a year. Snow seems a lot more fun when you get a day off.

Down here in NYC we've had torrential rain all day. Yuck! I guess it's good because we need the rain, but it's so dreary. Hopefully the sun will come out tomorrow (as Annie says!).

We just had lots of rain today, but we really needed it.

Hey Hope, I drove through Bellingham 2 weeks ago, when Seattle got hit kind of hard with snow on my way to Vancouver.

Sometimes it's nice living along the coast.
We had snow during the lunch hours, but nothing stuck beause we had rain before and after. It is still raining now, but with our reservoirs down 58% it is much needed.
I was starting to worry, I still let them take showers but I stopped steaming vegetables. Everything I cook now is fried in lots of butter. You know how much water you use when you steam anything, I just wanted to do my part. Peggie
