DVC is addictive i kinda feel its like getting a tattoo most people just dont have one! I just contacted my sales person to start looking about adding my second purchase (i use the other company that you cant mention on this forum. they took me more seriously my first time and were a family business made me feel better.) I bought my First one in December 2010 and fell in love. looking to add 200-300 at BCV or BWV i did not realize how big home field booking was. i had to do a lot of work getting booked up in the 7th month for my first 2 trips. So here we go again!

You might think about smaller contracts which will make selling easier when the time comes.

You are in good hands with J&K, we have used the for several of our 26 contracts.

i thought about smaller ones but unless i am dead broke on the verge of losing it all i cant see myself ever wanting to sell.....but you have a point never know what happens

I never thought that I would ever get tired of my high school sweetheart but after a few years I did.

Truthfully after years and years of going to Disney, sometimes 3 times per year, we have seen everything several times over, the CM's know us by name, we have eaten in all of the restaurants, and stayed at all of the resorts except Aulani, the magic is starting to wear off some.

I havent even pass ROFR on my very first contract and I already am looking to buy another. I should know by the end of May if my contract passed ROFR at OKW. If it doesnt then I will definitely begin the process again.

my goal is to get enough points for a 2 bed room for 7 to 10 days a year. so i figure around 350 should work. I am defiantly going BCV most likely its super risky booking those rooms 7 months out.
