Yesteday we met my mom, dad and grandmother at the mall. We were in the Disney Store so Luke could get his Mickey fix. While we were there I noticed a rayon button down, mens shirt with tiny mickeys on it. I joked that I was going to buy that for DH for Father's Day. About 30 second later DH came over holding the men's shirt with matching son's shirt AND the matching dresses for me and Sophia! I looked at him like he was nuts. First of all WE WOULD ALL MATCH!!! Second of all we are trying to save $$$. And third WE WOULD ALL MATCH!!
HE WAS SERIOUS! That is what he wanted for Father's Day, for us all to wear matching outfits when we are in Disney! I tried the, "we don't have the money right now and I don't need a dress." It didn't work. My mom and Dh both stood there and told me to treat myself. I never buy anything for myself.
Oh well. It is an adorable dress and we looked like some catalog ad when we all tried them on! ( Did I mention DH IS SOOOO NOT the Disney fan in the family!) I don't know what came over him! Is he feeling the magic finally?
I know others have posted things they do so they can find each other easily. This is ONE way I guess, right!

When we were there at the end of April my dd5, dd2 and I all had matching dresses. (from the Disney Catalog clearance last year, great deal! All 3 outfits together only cost $40) We got so many comments about how cute/pretty it was to have us all matching and almost every cast member asked where "Dad's" matching shirt was.

I would do it in a heart beat!

BTW was this at a Disney store in a mall??? I will have to check for them today!!!

We already have made a deal. DH and I will NOT be wearing them at the same time unless we are in Disney!

Yes. It was at the DS last night. They are a bright blue and the boys/mens stuff has a bare footed Mickey with a surf board, on a hammock and sitting on the beach. The girls outfits are Mickey and Minnie cuddling barefoot together. They were on sale too. My dress was down to $23. I forget what the others cost but the total for all 4 pieces was $75.

As long as the attention doesn't include calling in the Disney White Coats! I am the Disney freak but this might more than I am ready for!! Man I wish I could post a pic!

I think it's GREAT your DH has the FEVER!!! I love to see families in matching outfits--they look so "together". DS and I don't have anything matching, but we always buy plenty of Disney t-shirts and wear them every day while we're there (and other days too). I would LOVE to see a picture of all of you!!
