I have to have a garage sale. :(

I have to move, therefore I have to have a garage sale.

I would rather have my lungs pulled out through my nose with a pair of rusty pliers.

I would rather have my eyeballs gouged out with a hot poker.

I would rather have my spleen removed through my ear.

I have so much stuff I have no clue where to begin......

Anybody want to come to my gag-rage sale????? :p :p :p

No, thanks!;) ;) We are not moving, but we should have one, too.

Good luck!

So funny Sonya! I feel the same way about every 6 months.....maybe you could give most of it to the Salvation Army? That would get the stuff out of the house and save you the hassle of the garage sale.

If the part about preparing, pricing & selling bothers you, then you can always donate your stuff to a charitable foundation & take a tax write off. That's what I've been doing. I'm tired of wasting oodles of time preparing & then sitting outside for 2 or 3 full days. My accountant says we can estimate $35 per bag donated, so that's what I do! So much easier too!!

How many bags does it take for a couch????? :teeth:

Would you rather have your ear drums pierced with a QTip?
Just checking...

Instead of garage sales I do Goodwill runs. No WAY I am going to spend a day that way. :)

CC, I would rather have my eardrums pierced with someone ELSE'S Q-Tip..... :p

Ewwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Donna, go to Goodwill!

I love garage sales! going to them, that is. not running them! I'm too much of a packrat to get rid of anything.

Im with you on this one, even if its worth money I put it out for trash pick up (mondays, the best trash pick up day)

I agree with all the goodwill suggestions. You can declare the value that it WOULD sell for, not what you bought for it. Even with Goodwill prices being low on some thing, you can write off a hefty chunk of change.
