Well, I won!

I won the AP viewing of Finding Nemo! But, we live in Oklahoma, and there is no way I could get to DL by Wed. to do it!! I have to work this week, and would have to at least work Monday to try to get the rest of the week off. Then I would have to fly (we usually drive), and I just checked.... the airfare would be $720.00 pp!!!! Of course, thats what happens when you book last minute! I really cannot justify paying those prices when we will could just drive out this fall and see Nemo! Oh well....I signed up for the contest thinking that I would be off this week, and never put in for the time since we decided to go to Yellowstone later this summer.

Only going for 2 days... have to get back to .... heck we're retired.

Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage opens June 11. They have brought back the old submarine ride and revamped it with a Finding Nemo theme. They've been working on it for a couple of years, and there were big walls up around the sub lagoon while you were there in December. I'm surprised you didn't see it.

Thanks Dangermouse, you got my memory going I do remember seeing it, I comented to my son that I didn't car for it much when it was in DW especially in the heat with people sweating and being together in a small place. I will try it when I go in Sept just to say I went on it but that will probably be my only time.

I loved the submarine ride as a kid..when we were at DL in Aug of 2004 I remember telling my husband about it (it was his first trip to DL)...
we are planning to go back to California for about a month in 2009..can't wait to ride it again

I only work part time so I can do double duty on another day to make up for it. My only decision is do I let dd miss a whole day or should I send her in the AM and take her out early? I guess I will talk to her teacher to see what's set for that day.

We are also on Thursday 4-5 pm! I did not think I would win since I only entered for that one time slot - I hit something by mistake before I could chose others! LOL!!

i think its even more annoying that you KNOW you cant make it and yet you still enter to win a chance.

Kinda like what happened for the CM. people were picking up all the times, then finding out they cant go because they have work conflicts... darn, they should have dont something better :|

But i got my passes for June 9th at 9:30. i know i can make it. yahooo!

Nothing here for me either. We entered for all time slots.
It doesn't really surprise me though, I sent about 20 pictures for the collages and didn't get one in any of them. My friend who sent 4 in got them placed in over 20 of them.
I just have bad disney luck I think.
