Well, I spoke with Garth again at MS!

For those who read my previous post about Garth, (see http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=178228 ), well, I got him AGAIN yesterday while checking on the status of my waitlist!

We're at the point where his voice sounded familar to me and he recognized my member number. The funny thing is that I DON'T call MS that often. We laughed about the fact that our phones seemed "linked." (Though I didn't mention that Mamie called him from Michigan )

At this rate, I'll have my own personal MS representative. Not a bad thing - he was very nice, friendly & helpful.

I have dealt with Garth once, and he was just pure awesome! Well, everyone I've dealt with at MS was great in handling my request!!!! But Garth is it.

I just made two ressies on April 10th and Garth helped me with them. He was wonderful!! I don't think I've ever spoken to him before, but I hope I do again. I received the reservation confirmation papers the other day and everything was perfect!! He's a great MS rep.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with him just once, but I was very impressed. I haven't had a real problem with anyone else at MS, but Garth certainly stood out as being the best I've dealt with.
