I love pecan pie with chocolate but I suppose if it contained a real race horse I would demur

You're kidding, right? This is sometimes referred to as Derby Pie. It's essentially a pecan pie with chocolate. You don't actually taste the bourbon.

If you like pecan pie and chocolate, you'd like Derby Pie.
