i finalized everything with my rep today and then hung up to call my DW, to make sure she was still on board, which she is, and now i cannot reach the guide to give the downpayment. 160 points plus 160 developer points, AKV. december use year. 160 developer points must be used in 1 year and only at SSR which is great cause that is where i would actually rather have my home resort. she said the 500 referal gift card incentive is over, anyone else heard that one?

I got something in the mail about a week or two ago about the $500 gift card incentive with the new DVC property. It must have been a different incentive.
