The company I hinted was in trouble in a post a few days ago has gone bust, I heard in a phone call from a villa owner friend tonight.
Hopefully no one here will be affected but apparently they had contracts to sell rental homes from quite a few big companies and those homes will not now be available, I don't know the names but you might want to check if you booked with a company.

Just read about it on another forum this was their website

http://www.welcomeusa.com/

Hopefully any villas thru them are booked with an agent that can rebook with someone else with not much hassle.

Did they rent out villa's all over florida or villas in well known villa commuity .

They rented out homes all over the general area and they are only one chain in the link to home rentals they do sub contract out to other management companies but they haven't been paid and as a consequence of that many owners haven't been paid either so the fall out may be long winded. If people flying out with them in the near future don't have a home and wusa doesn't have any money how are the owners of any replacement home going to get paid.
