Oh, sorry I yanked on your hair so hard, but the way you were blubbering I just grabbed what I could to pull you out of the water (and that seemed like my only option ) Oh, and Jeannie did return your water bra. Thats what I tied you up to the chair with (did you ever try working with a water logged, slossy water bra?? And you think DS knows how to tie knots??!!) By the way, have you figured out what you are doing for DS's reception? Let us know the plans.

Good afternoon everyone. This is a slightly historic moment. Well, not really, but almost just barely. Please note my post count. Yep, it's the big 2K. 2,000. Does this officially mean I'm mothy or just on the way to being mothy? Hmmm... not really sure what post count number offically defines "mothy." Be sur to notice the post count soon... I'm sure in no time it won't be that nice round number any more.

Deb & Jen-I really wish I was discussing packing with you I'm still feeling guilty about being bummed about cancelling. I know that WDW is the least of our worries right now (we didn't lose any points) but I'm still bummed!!! I hope that the weather gets better for both of your families but you still have to pack tons to be prepared for any weather! Good Luck!

CONGRATULATIONS ON 2000 POSTIES JAY!!!!! WOOOOO HOOOOOO

Just got back from shopping. Ugh I think everyone and their brother decided to go out today. I got for me..... An eeyore watch and an eeyore fleece long sleeved shirt. One I got at target and one I got at the Disney store. Ohhhhh if you are looking for trader pins for the parks the Disney store has pins on sale for 50% off and another ten percent if you have the Disney Club Card. I got six pins for Ry for trading at the parks for about twelve dollars.

If anyone finds the sweatshirt like Jodie and I forget who else just got it at TDS. The Pooh one. Can you pick it up for me and I will send you the money for it plus shipping?? I could not find it at our Disney store. I need a large. I like my sweatshirts on the bigger side for me.

I also got some papaya enzyme pills today at the health food store for my stomach. Several people have mentioned them to me and Im going to try it. Cant hurt and it just might help. Wouldnt it be a kicker if this cured what all their pills and garbage couldnt!

The other thing Im looking for and havent been able to find is a royal purple throw. Royal purple is my comfort color and it was also suggested to me that sometimes just relaxing surrounded by comfort might help relieve some of the stress Im under. I figured I could wrap up on some of these cold nights under the throw when Im feeling bad. If anyone finds one in their travels I will pay you for it. I cannot find one for the life of me down here. All I can find is lavender. Im looking for the deep deep purple color.

Hi there again everyone! Sorry I popped in to say hi and then ran. I was so very tired after having so little sleep this weekend that I crashed for an hour just now. Before I go on, Congrats Jay on 2000 posts!!!

It was a great time this weekend. Just so much fun! We did run into a detour when part of 65 in northern Indiana was closed due to snow. We had to get off that one and go on few other roads to get up to the Chicagoland area. It added about 45 minutes to our drive (more than half of them were us stuck in traffic on 65 waiting to be detoured off) but the cool thing was I got a call from shep along the way asking how we were getting there from the detour. So long story short, a ways up we were at a light before hitting the tollways in Chicago and guess who was behind us???? Todd, Amanda, Mandy & Cassie So they followed us the rest of the way to the hotel and even were able to follow us while we detoured through downtown (intentionally) along Lake Shore Drive.

Sooooo.... as we are diving along Dan gives us a call and asks how our drive is going (had left a v/m about the detour and not to worry about us being late getting in) and wants to know if we all want to meet for lunch. So I told him sure thing. After we all checked in we met up with Dan for lunch at a nice place that has combos (he has a cute post up about it). We went back to the hotel and I had a message on our phone from Beccy. She had arrived safely. We all went and relaxed/worked out/slept... whatever for a few hours and then we all caravaned over to Ginos for dinner Very very yummy! A group of us (me, Luis, KimRaye, Dan, Brisully, & Dopeygirl) more or less closed the top floor and then went back to our hotel. Beccy came over at that point and we chatted a while and went to bed.

We woke up early (thanks to being on Eastern time). I went swimming & hot tubbing for a while and then we slowly got ready for the meet on Saturday. Dan came and Luis & I hitched a ride and Beccy & her family followed (Todd & his family were at the children's museum and met up later). We watched TLK (very good on IMAX!!!) and then had lunch at a barbeque place called Famous Dave's. After that a small group went to Dave & Busters and hung out there for a while. Then we drove back to the hotel (along the way we called Jodie) and then said our goodbyes to Dan & Marie After that we all wound up at Todd & Amanda's until around midnight talking & the kids were playing GameCube

So there is the long story of this weekend. A lot of fun, but not much sleep Luis and I were up before 6 central and high tailed it out there and got home just after noon

Offers tremendous natural and outdoor activities as well as plenty of casual dining! (Phew...sorry Pam!) Unique shops, boutiques and galleries filled with anything your little hearts desire (including jewelry...matching meet charms anyone? )


There is a scenic railway (we could pretend we were in the MK!), cool caves to explore, lots of "water activities" , horseback riding, golf (mini and full sized).

There is a Kroger grocery store in Logan, lots of restaurants (fast, pick up, eat in and delivery)

Want a piano? They have em! How about a parrot? They sell em!
Sounds like a neat place ya'll with lots to do!

As far as accomodations....we need to move on this! The gorgeous one that I think Bonnie posted is not avail. now and for groups our size there is not all that much out there. I found several though with availabilities during out time slot and sent emails requesting info! Price ranges from a low of 134.00/night to a high of 345.00/night (this one had an indoor hot tub, and outdoor pool, 3 bathrooms and was HUGE...more than what we need probably?

Soooo...as soon as I have email again ...server problems...happens every couple of weeks...I will send out those emails to the real estate places and let ya know what they say!
