Went to the mall after the baby I watch left. Bought myself a cute pink spring jacket for $10.

No kids to babysit tomorrow, so I'm gonna do some shopping while the boys are in school. They have an early dismissal tomorrow and no school on Friday.

I, too, am amazed that the doc didn't call immediately upon receiving the results of that test? What a relief to hear they found no cancer cells! Interesting findings, but at least now they know what they are working with!

Rose Mary, isn't that wind just awful? We had it bad the other day and it tore the car door out of my hand at the gas station! Now my door has a nasty boo-boo where it hit a concrete pillar. Hope your weather clears soon and you have a lovely weekend!!

Sherry, my hips glom onto those french fries and don't let go!!! Sound sooooooo yummy, though!! Reminds me of a favorite dinner we used to make about 25 years ago in Calif--we called it fried dinner. Made up a batch of tempura batter using beer for the liquid and fried up a mess of fish, mushrooms, zucchini, and onion rings! Oh soooooooo good but oh soooooooo unhealthy!!

I'm back...got a new monitor..and WOW at how big it is. Previous monitor I got in '96 and was a 15" new one is a 19" Even Derek can read my screen from his desk... guess I can't dish the dirt on him now

Doctor gave me the all clear...just need to find nice sturdy bras now to support my big mango's Won't have to get squished for another year.

I walked away and just shook my head. He just speaks without thinking and one of these days he is going to say the wrong thing to the wrong person and find himself out on the streets without a job! But it got even better the next morning at our dept. meeting.
teacher: I guess that was a dumb thing to say to you yesterday because if you weren't pregnant you would have slapped me!
me: No, the dumb thing was to ask if I was a lesbian. You know that if you said that to someone else you could probably get fired!
teacher: uh yeah you're right. I just can't help myself!!

The chiro "adjusted" me. Now if he can adjust my students life would be perfect!!! ugh!! Anyway, the major headache is gone and I just have the left side of my head like a small migraine hanging around. He said a headache would probably happen since this was my first adjustment. (I didn't think I went in there to GET pain!) So we will see. I go back friday morning to do it again! This better be worth it since my medical doesn't cover one penny of it!!

Gotta run and get some sleep. Oh, I almost forgot..Suzanne Jarrod wanted to call him race car baby because he and daddy watch Speed Racer when he spends the night over there! Otherwise, no race car fans here!!

I know I'm foretting to say hi to people, Please forgive me! I will check in tomorrow!

Lily=Cabbage & noodles are yummy. Do you put any meat into it?
MIL made what she called "hulooshka" sp? Cabbage, noodles and cut up smoked sausage links. the family loves it but, when I make it I use a turkey sausage that is alot less greasy and not all the butter.

Morning all! Is it Friday yet? It has been a peaceful week, only one night has my plans changed in order to tutor my nephew.

Kristy....Dad seems to be doing better, but I haven't had the chance to really talk to him...which is when his true feelings come out. I was going to try to talk to him tonight after dinner.

Luis was out at work doing a server upgrade so I did move fo the moving myself. I'm just glad the bed is comfy or I'd be worse off than I am today.

Open house was wonderful! It was on the "big" boat......holds about 700 for a sit down. All decks were open so it was fun to wander around.
They even fed us!! Full buffet from one of their menu choices.....gotta love free food....and wine! The desserts were SO good!!
