My brother called, after the blow up last night, and said 'check out is at 12'. My response was "and?" "you coming to get me?" No asking if I would please come pick him up.

I went ballistic-made my sister cry because she's NEVER seen me this mad. It's so frustrating that I've given my all in the end, and he comes in and expects me to be at his beck and call. He got mad and said he'd call my younger sister. I had to say "well, I dropped HER at the airport at 8am" She asked, thanked me numerous times and offered to pay for gas, then told me she didn't want to leave.

Arghhhhhh.

Afternoon all... went to lunch with my dad adn other things. Can you believe I passed up on a wonderful deal just because I wasn't sure I liked the shirt enough. It was about $65-70 set I could've gotten for $20.

Mrs. AA called and said she is the only student not doing the afternoon walk. It seems that our sedentary lifestyle has caught up with us and she has shin splints!

She will be walking a lot when she returns home, though. After all, we need to get ready for WDW.

So Lily, never mind the girls...maybe you need to come down to help my wife!

This is getting expensive She has to go buy new shoes. They didn't like the cheap ones she brought up there

Hi gang! Got off work early today, so I get to spend the evening working on Jellyrolls and Ya Ya t-shirts! Whoo-hooo!!

Suzanne, you have been thru the mill with that family of yours, haven't you?! And I thought MINE was bad!! At least mine don't speak to me very often.

for ya! You have the patience of a saint--I think I would have blown my stack long ago.

Nancy, how can you possibly be lonely with all those BaB kids in the house?!! LOL!! I should think dressing them all would take up at least 1/2 your day, anyway!! But if you have nothing to do, you could always come help me with the t-shirts. Give you plenty of practice for when you do yours!!

Hope that doc fixes you up with some good stuff, there, Tara! It is soooo not fun bein' sick, especially with young'uns in the house. Sending lots of get well pixie dust in your direction--feel better soon!

Poor Mrs. AA--I'm sooo sorry to hear about the shin splints! Them things are NASTY!!! Hope she recovers soon and can get on with the walking. Wonder if maybe those shoes didn't offer the proper support for her. I learned the hard way that cheap shoes are only great as long as they are worn sitting down!

Laine, glad to hear you had a nice lunch with your dad. Can't believe you passed up a deal like that, though! Is that why you're moping? Or is it just that you're still tired? Sending you some , virtual balmy breezes, warm thoughts and a good healthy dose of PD. It's only 3 more weeks, ya know!!!

Hey All,

Daniel Boon checking in LOL!! Dh has the generator working so things should be a little bit more normal around here. Dh was able to do laundry.....well at least wash it....we have to line dry it. The kids have been watching videos, and I can get on my computer with the DSL. We arent going to use it all the time though because it gets expensive and its loud for the neighbors.....not that the others in the neighborhood care as theirs run 24/7. We are still eating canned stuff because a lot of the stores dont have meats and stuff yet because their power just came on. Dh is going to start grilling as soon as we can get regular food LOL! If I never see another poptart or spagettio I will be VERY happy. I have the worst craving for bacon and eggs and steak. Heck Mc Donalds sounds good about now ROFL!!! I went back to work yesterday as the power came on in our office. Today was our first real day of patients and we were slam packed. Im exhausted.

Lily congrats on becoming a Mod!!! Sorry Ted has to be away so long. I bet you are worried about him being down there.

Paula Im glad things worked out for Chris. Sounds like he did the right things to help make it right.

Alan Im sorry to hear about Mrs. AA's shin splints. OUCH! I hope things get better for her very soon.

Elaine sounds like you got some good deals today! Congrats. Glad you had a good lunch with your dad.

Pam Im so sorry your computer got a virus. Yikes. Hopefully UPS will come out quickly and do it right the first time. I know all the trouble you have had with them in the past.

Suzanne my thoughts and prayers have been with you. Im so sorry your family is giving you such grief. Doesnt sound like anyone is helping support you though all of this and thats just not right. You are going through just as much if not more than they are.

Ugh dh just checked on the cooler that has the kids meds in it. The injector pens and the extra meds got wet. It shouldnt effect the extra meds but one of the pens is malfunctioning. It injects but doesnt register the clicks. I will have to call Eli Lily tomorrow and see if they will replace it. We have tried so hard to keep them from getting wet too. This way of life is getting very old very quickly. Ive been trying to keep upbeat about it but as time goes on its getting harder and harder.

I think Im gonna wander around the boards for a few minutes and then ask dh to give me a footie rub. Its been a long stressful day.

I cleaned the basement some today.....more tomorrow.
I did go to the movie.....got a private screening of The Fog Actually not too bad. They did change a few things, but it worked.

evening gang...well the doc says I'm gonna live (at least until the check clears!! lol! )

Doc said it looks like it is becoming bronchitis, but instead of waiting to see, he gave me meds now. Since I'm having surgery next friday he wanted to make sure that i'm healthy...otherwise I would have to postpone. And I don't want to use any more sick days being sick !! He gave me a Z pak. Zithromax, hopefully I will feel somewhat better by tomorrow. I'm going to work since i'm so stingy with my sick days!!

Suzanne...glad the sibs are gone. I know you know it but it can't hurt to say it again...feel free to come and vent here anytime!! We will support you and call the people who are making your life difficult all kinds of names!!

Karen...glad things are getting back to normal. Hey did you say you wanted all of our left over speghettios and pop tarts??? I'll look and see if I have any for you!!!

Elaine...umm interesting picture!

Alan...haven't had time to check out your link, will do that tomorrow when I'm faking working!

Im glad he and the TV are okay. Shame on that teacher for thinking any more of it than what happened. Do we have a gag smiley for poptarts and spagettios??? ROFL I do have to say I am enjoying the chocolate pudding cups we bought though LOL!!!
