I am back now! It was a beautiful walk... 62 degrees and bright sunshine, thought I might not seen this again for awhile so we needed to take advantage.

45 minutes, and burned 245 calories.... Whoop, that is a drink worth!

Nice! Wow, that many??? I wonder how many I burn in my classes... I bet step burns a ton!

I use a heart rate monitor to know how many I burn... When I was doing insanity I was burning close to 700 a workout.

I know when I was doing step areobics, I dropped a dress size in a few weeks. I have no idea how many calories I burned.

That sounds nice!! Yep, perfect weather for walking. I try to walk on my lunch hour but can't do it if it is too hot because I don't want to sit around feeling yucky for the rest of the day. So I love those 62 degrees days.

Those of you that love the Disney Cruises. Do you know of the Canaveral Web Cam where you can watch the ships dock and depart?

Right now the cam is pointed out to see where it is prepped for the next Disney Ship to return but in the shot currently you can see ENCHANTMENT OF THE SEAS. I know not a Disney Ship but still. There is also a tanker/shipping Vessel there as well. It is pretty cool because when they come in someone is controlling the camera watching it as it comes in.

DS and I love watching the ships leave (when we remember to watch on Sat and Sun). We did make sure we were watching when the Fantasy left on its first cruise

Is the deep tissue massage relaxing or on the edge of painful? My only comparison is what the physical therapist was doing to me and that was no fun at all

For me it is deeply relaxing... it works out all the tension and makes me feel like Jello!

I had one once and I liked it too. It wasn't very rough... the swedish one the guy started with was waaaaaaaaaay too gentle. Gotta work through all that flab!
