Welcome Show and Crystal Palace?

Hello all,
I am curious: We are going to the Magic Kingdom for EMH. We also have a 9;20 Crystal Palace reservation. At what time should we leave POR to be at the Magic Kingdom? What time would we be let into the park? I would really love to see the Welcome Show too! Can someone give me a time frame for this? I'm trying to plan it in my head, and it's not going so well. Your answers are very much appreciated, thanks!!

1. Be at the bus stop between 7:00-7:15 to arrive by 7:45-7:50AM.
2. Main St. opens to guests between 7:50-8:00AM for an 8:00AM EMH.
WDW Resort guests will be let into Fantasyland and Tomorrowland starting at 8:00AM.
3. The Welcome Show starts at 8:55AM. It takes place on the Castle Stage
(which is just a short distance from the Crystal Palace.)

They are letting everyone onto Main Street at 8:00am now so you'll be able to enter anytime after 8:00. The Welcome Show is at the Castle Stage and takes place at 8:55am. It's a short walk from there to the CP. I'd be at the bus stop at POR no later than 8:00 to make sure you have enough time to catch a bus, get to the MK, get through security, and walk down Main Street in time to see the show.
