Welcome Package Contents

I received today what I believe is my Welcome package. The package included the large DVC folder (point charts, etc) along with two DVC magnets. It also included a "Product Understanding Checklist". It has the word "SAMPLE" at the top. At the bottom of the document it has lines for what appears to be for signatures. There are no instructions as what to do, what it is, where to return it, etc. Any idea?

Also, I assume the membership cards will be mailed separately at some point in time. Correct?

The stuff you received is just for your information. I closed in December and still have not received member cards.
Look for your membership number to show up in a business size envelope, single piece of paper. Could easily be mistaken for junk mail.
