Welcome Letter Ideas???

HEY EVERYONE~~
I HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY AND A SAFE AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I NEED SOME HELP,
I AM GONNA DO WELCOME BAGS FOR MY GUESTS AND HAVE THEM SENT TO THEIR ROOMS, I WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE A WELCOME NOTE IN THEM, I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE THE TRANSPORTATIN SCHEDULE FOR THE WEDDING, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD INCLUDE ON THE LETTER? ALSO DOES ANYONE HAVE PICTS OF THIER WELCOME LETTERS SO I CAN GET SOME IDEAS AND "BORROW" SOME OF THE WORDING AND IDEAS?????

IN THE BAGS THEM SELVES I AM GONNA PUT 2 WATER BOTTLES, SOME SNACKS, DISNEY PAMPLETS, AND LITTLE DISNEY SOUVENIERS, TARGET HAD DISNEY DISNEY NOTE PADS AND PENCILS ON CLEARANCE SO I LUCKED OUT AND GOT THEM ALSO!

hello i would be gald to help

i think your ideas are great.i do think that there are some threads on this. but i can help with what i did.

i had bags for each family i out water, ponchos, gun, bandaids, tums, snacks and lollypops not alot but just enough. then i hada folder with *welcome letter *bus schedule *fun facts and then one for bridal party.

i have to say thay are alot of work but everone loved them

o and i made door hangers that said guest of michael and victoria that was cool too.

I SAW YOUR WEDDING PARTY!!! I was making basket deliveries to the Floridian on 10/21 after lunch with my daughter, when we watched a beautiful bride being photographed on the steps at the Floridian. Looking at your photos, I'm pretty sure it was you!! Congratulations!

here are a pic of my welcome letters

in them i included:
-the transportation schedule
-what to do if you miss the bus to the ceremony (take a cab)
-reminders to bring your photo id if you plan on drinking at the reception
-fun facts about mark & caryn
-things we recommend you do at disney
-fun facts about disney
-info on PI (since we're going there the night of our wedding)

in my welcome bags i included:
-a zip lock filled with things they may have forgotten (toothpaste, tissues, motrin, band aids, shout wipes)
-princess tatoos
-stamped disney postcard
-disney pen
-a candy bag that reads, "enjoy the sugar rush and remember that love is sweet"
-lint rollers
-personalized water bottles
-personalized m+m's
-mickey party blower (i don't know why, i just thought it was festive)
-door hanger saying they're with our wedding party
-park maps
-welcome letter

and that's enough!!!

i used a disney font called "mousebats" that i downloaded. it's just random capital letters that i used

Hey I downloaded that font from Fonts101.com do a search for mouse bats and there it is

Caryn, once you download the Mickey font, how do you get it to work? I use Microsoft Word on a PC and at the moment the font has downloaded into my document. Does anyone know how to get it into Word?! Thanks!

If you go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Fonts

Then go to File > Install New Font

Then all you have to do if select your My Documents folder and click the file you downloaded, hit OK and that should do it. You might have to restart your computer for it to show up in Word.
