For the first time in any of our WDW stays,we just received a "Welcome Email" from the Resort GM.
And it has a Feedback button.
And they are still leaving the Welcome letter that has been in use for a while in the rooms with contact info and and now also a QR code.
Very cool-they are encouraging Guests to contact them with any concerns while the Guest is STILL on property.
(They are also encouraging Guests to provide any Cast Member exceptional service reports via the methods provided(which we will be doing for sure)).
