Welcome Bags

Here were ours: I put a door hanger, times guide for wedding info, chex mix, 2 bottles of water with a personalized label, advil, tissues, handi wipes, gummy bears, and granola bars. For the two families with kids, I added toys. I got the bags from Party City and made labels for them. I attached tags with the guests name, dates at the hotel, and reservation number. I then dropped the bags off at the registration desk at each hotel. The guests all got them at check-in ( I was worried they wouldn't get them, but my guests were spread out at 5 hotels and they all got them) and they were a hit! I decided to do them last minute (as in got the items and made them Monday night and delivered them on Tuesday) and I am so glad I did!

So I have a question..im planning on doing a bag for each guest (not a bag for each group or room). Will guest services be able to give a bag to everyone in the group when they check in? Is it worth it to put people's names on the bags or just easier to give a sheet with guest name, confirmation number, and number of bags that their party should receive?

D23, those bags are nice! Where did you get all of the "I'm celebrating" pins? They look great on the bags.

We asked the front desk of Coronado Springs for 100 of them when we went for our planning session. They found them and had them delivered to our room later that night.
