Welcome Bags... How do they work?

Last minute project:

I know what should go in them but how do they get to your guests? Will the Resorts do this for free?

What info would I need to give them? If so?

The day before the wedding my future son-in-law and his dad delivered all the gift baskets to the three hotels where the wedding guests were staying. Each one had the name of the guest on it. They gave them to the front desk and told them they were for the so and so wedding. So, as each guest checked in they were given their guest basket with all the goodies and a welcome letter letting everyone know of all the details of the weekend. This worked out very well and everyone received their gift basket with no problems. The hotels do this all the time and their is no room for error at Disney.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, there was no charge for this as far as I know.
