weird situation for xtra magic hours

i need advice, thought this would be the happiest place on earth to ask for some...

I am going to DW jan 9-12 at the contemporary

Jan 9- MGM
jan 10- EPCOT
jan11- MK (emh)
jan 12- AK

Ak closes at 5 pm. If I am checking out of the hotel on jan 12, can i go to epcot after ak with my park hopper and STILL BE GRANTED THE night time extra magic hour? Or will the park not let me because i checked out that day.

PLUS... if i am not allowed, any way that a nice smile and kind attitude will get me that bracelet?

are all the rooms in the contemporary updated yet?

or just some.

You would still be able to do EMH on your check out day. The dates will be on your room key. Not sure what would happen if the EMH hours start after midnight on your check out day?
