Okay... Honestly, my ear bud doesn't fit in my left ear. I spend $200.00 to get an Ipod and my left ear is defective! :teeth:

The funny part about this is, my DD is listening to a book on CD right now and only has the right ear bud in, the left doesn't fit :rotfl2:

The closet door has to be closed before I can go to sleep. This has been going on long before Monsters Inc.

One of my wonders of life: why do Ipod ear buds have to be ear specific? :confused3

Closet doors? :rotfl: Laughing with you, not at you! :teeth:

I can't bend the 4th finger of each hand (your ring finger) except for it to go straight out (bent at the knuckle). This would not be so weird, but try coaching cheerleading with this problem. . ."No, honey, when I said make a fist, your finger is not actually supposed to be sticking out!" :lmao:

I totally understand the closet door thing, though! That is so something I do! :rotfl2:

Ok, my quirk is that the toliet lid MUST be closed on the toliet when NOT in use!!! I have trained my dh, my kids and my stepsons to this ritual!

OMG I thought I was the only one like that. Drives DH nuts. The basement door and pantry door have to be closed all the way too.

I also have to do things in even numbers, sneeze, blink, eat 2 of something like hershey kisses.

I also go around every night to check that every window and door is locked, even if I know it hadn't been opened that day. Once one of the kids unlocked the front door and when I checked the door flew open. Scared the living day lights out of me. I'll check that door 3-4 times every night.

Oh I run fire drills in my head at night when DH is away. I'm paranoid I can't get 4 kids out of the house if there is a fire.

Man I am one paranoid parent!

I'm completely normal.

Unless you count the frog thing...

Can't stand cute and fuzzy lawn ornaments, hate bunnies, kitties, puppies, even deer skeeve me out.
Like frogs, snakes, turtles.

Okay, I'll confess.

Earbuds won't stay in my ears either. I don't have that little ear ledge you need to keep that puppy in your ear!!

Also all of my toes and fingers are double jointed. My toes are so long that I can pick things up off the floor with them.

I lost all of my teeth twice - I basically went through 2 sets of baby teeth. I made out like a bandit with the tooth fairy

I eat my M&Ms by color - always brown first, then orange, then red, then yellow, then blue and finally green.

Cake and cupcakes must be eaten icing first - never cake and icing together!

I am virtually immune to viral infections - I've never had any childhood illnesses like Chicken Pox, mumps, etc. I am immune to colds, I'm immune to flu - BUT, I have 2 of the rarest autoimmune diseases around. Go figure.

Well that's enough embarrassing stuff for now ;)

I do that too! I'm glad you agree that green should always be last. I work with a woman that eats orange last. What is wrong with her? Sometimes I don't eat them in order though because I make pictures with them. My favorite is flowers (yellow, blue or red petals and a brown or yellow center, green stem). Then I eat from the stem up. :)

Oh that is just SO wrong! Orange is not a top tier color on the food chain!

I like to eat red last b/c I remember when they reintroduced red and it was new and exciting to have red M&M's again. So I always save red for last. My order is brown, orange, green, blue, yellow, red. :) Now the real question is, plain or peanut?

Okay I had to chime in

since My fellow Mods here have shared there WEIRD QUIRKS

i will admit I HAVE NONE

I AM NORMAL :teeth:

okay if you believe that you have some real problems

I have to have the closet door shut too

I can't sleep unless there is some noise total silence freaks me out

the little finger on both of my hands are curved in everyone in my grandfathers blood line have them
they were the first thing i checked when both DD's were born I didnt want to be the first to break the family trait

I have to shower with my eyes open
to freaked out someone is watching even when i am home alone

see Told you I was the normal one :lmao: :lmao:

thought of another one

I am terrified of frogs and mice

I don't mean scared I mean TERRIFIED to the point of frozen fear

which my youngest DD gets a kick out of and chases me around the yard with little frogs

okay maybe sharing this one wasn't a good idea

Hey Kayla,
Normal is so overrated!

As for the M&M thing I have to eat them in groups, one of each color. If I run out of one color I make new groups til I'm done to 1 or 2 then I eat them from the smallest group to the full set.

BTW Peanut!!!! :thumbsup2

LOL Buffy... I do the same thing w/ my M&M's and my darling kids laugh at me!!!

I totally understand the M&M thing. For me, it is all small candies of that sort. Skittles must be eaten in twos that match or have coordinating flavors (lemon and orange, for example).

Have you all thought, given the number of weird quirks reported by all of us totally rational, together people, that it is really everyone else who is just STRANGE! :rotfl2:

Hmmm, I guess you really wouldn't like my garden, then....
