Weird PVB new availability in August??

There’s a big change in Poly studio and bungalow August availability. For some reason there’s the same chunk of days in the middle unavailable in both. Anyone know why? Coincidence? I really need the 26th in a studio to complete my reservation.

At one point there was supposed to be a soft goods refurb going on at Poly in August. They had 4 or so weeks blocked off. Perhaps they've narrowed down that window now.

Hmmm... I have the night of the 27th booked for two studios. Should I waitlist the 26th to be added to both or are my chances slim due to lack of inventory because of the refurb? I don’t have too many good options now, but I’m sure they will be matching some Poly waitlists soon and more inventory elsewhere will pop up when they do so.

Certainly wouldn't hurt anything.

ETA: Also, I could be completely wrong about the soft goods refurb. The dates were never formally announced, but given the availability for the original chunk of time when everything before and after was available people just assumed that is why.
