I would have been running too!! Ewwww! I hate snakes! When I saw this, I shrieked and woke up the dog! Did any CM's see it? What did they do? I would have fainted!

No, this poor snake was surrounded by about 20 people snapping pictures. I sort of felt sorry for him. Believe it or not it wasn't a CM who handled the situation. A teenage girl picked him up and threw him in the grass away from the crowd. It was by far the oddest thing I've ever seen at Disney.

Its not disturbing to me!

Its a corn snake. *squees* They're mostly harmless and are nonvenomous. Well, mostly harmless. They can bite you if you don't grab them fast enough (hint: go for the back of the head).I had that exact same species of snake as a pet when I was a young adult (same color too!).

If I had been there I probably would have snatched it off the wall, and been very tempted to bring it home with me.

ooh! it's So pretty! that one is Amelinistic (lacking the darker pigments). we had one like that!

for a while, Nebo and I were breeding corn snakes. they are really very friendly (well, not wag your tail friendly.. IF you could ttell where the tail started..), but they enjoy the warmth of being held and have a good disposition.

unlike the garter snakes everyone says, "oh it's just a garter snake" about. had a couple of those, the like to bite.

This isnt to odd or disturbing but I think it is hilarious! The first pic is me going down the side the "correct" way, and the second is my DD fresking out trying to slow her self on the way down..... If you have ever went down that slide you know how long it is and how much you already get a wedgie.....
