I ordered something online and IT NEVER CAME. For months!! I bought the item elsewhere. I was relieved on saturday when a post card came that said 'we are sorry to inform you that in spite of our best efforts we are unable to ship to you at this time.' blha, blah and 'IF YOU WISH TO WAIT, please complete the attached card and return in promptly.' I WAS RELIEVED!!! As I didnt want it anymore. I needed it months ago. I bought a different one.

WELL=== IT CAME IN THE MAIL TODAY (Wednesday). ughhh. I'm kind of annoyed. lol. can i just write 'return to sender' and drop it at the post office?

I'm not sure that would get you a refund if you were charged for the item. I think there are legal limits to how long they can keep you waiting without giving you the option to cancel. I'd follow the directions on the card to tell them I didn't want the item. They will likely authorize the return.
