When we recently stayed at the Poly, we saw something I never expecetd at a Disney Resort: As we were approaching the elevator, there was a guy standing there. He looked to be in his early twenties. I could tell almost immediately something wasn't right with him. He was standing riight in front of the elevator doors blocking them. Since I couldn't get to the button, I asked, "down please?" He said "Goind to one or two?" (We were ON two!) His eyes were really red and almost rolled back in his head. My Dad thought he was blind (he wasn't. Well, maybe he couldn't see but it wasn't from a congenital impairment!) The elevator doors opened and there was a woman getting off. When she said, "excuse me," he took one step and fell flat on his face. At this time I noticed that his legs were completely covered in blood. My Dad went to help him, but another man came up and said, "Don't worry about it. Just leave him alone." I am still not sure if this was a CM or another guest. We got on the elevators and never saw him again. This guy was as wasted as I have ever seen anyone in my life. For a moment, I felt like I was in Vegas instead of Disney!!!

They can easily "represent" anyone in a position of authority, staff member, etc. Predators are very adept in their game, and stay a few steps ahead (of what you would expect). In the news lately, was the horrible story of the young girl victimized by a sexual predator at WDW. The photos were taken while she was staying at the POR, (in the elevator, playground, etc). Here's a link to this story...

I'd hate to think that this guy was where he was because he needed help but couldn't ask for it himself for whatever the reason.
