weird fares on travelocity

This is so strange....
I have been tired of rain and overwhelmed with work, so decided that I would take my mom for a somewhat spur of the moment trip to WDW for a smile!
Was going to book a flight on American on travelocity, and it looked like it would come out cheaper if I made my reservation separately from Mom's...$231 each, as opposed to about @270 each if booked together.

OMG!! and if that wasn't bad enough, as we were on the phone with each other booking, the price went up to $294 each!!

That is so wrong!! Guess I better look at SWA again. Crazy airlines.

Check it again tomorrow. Sometimes when you check a price and don't actually book it, the system will internally "hold" the seats
and will give a higher price if you try it again.

I played around...eventually found a web fare at Continental.com and got each ticket for $226 r/t! Plus, it worked out even better as far as times to fly, ...and...I had a certificate for $90 from another flight I had changed earlier this year! Yay!!

I swear, I should be in the travel industry...

OMG! I'm going to DisneyWorld! Again! This will make 3 trips this year...woohoo!!
