Okay, first let me start by telling you that it has been a very long time since I've taken a science class...so if this is a stupid question, I'm sorry!
This has happened to me twice and I don't know if there is a problem with the motorhome or if it is normal. The MH is plugged into a standard 30 amp outlet at our house. I just went out to get something out of it and when I put the key into the lock, it got a little electric shock (like a vibration that shot through my hand). I was barefoot and the MH is on a concrete pad. The last time this happened, my husband said that it probably had to do with the fact that there was a thunderstorm in the area and that I was barefoot. There isn't a storm today, but it's really cloudy. Once I put my shoes on and went back out, I didn't get the shock. Do you think this is a problem with the MH, a problem with using the electricity from the house, or some other weird personal problem that I might have? I have never noticed it doing this when we are hooked up to electricity at a campground. Any ideas? My husband has never had this happen to him, but he also doen't tend to go around barefoot.
