This happened to me once in the last year. I called multiple times and every time a CM told me they fixed it but the reservation wouldn't go away. I never contacted IT though. The only way I was able to get it removed was to go to the restaurant the day of the reservation and explain the situation to them (this was still when you had to cancel your reservations the night before to avoid a penalty) and they very easily canceled the reservation and I wasn't penalized. Unfortunately, that's not an option for you, so I hope IT is helpful.
