I've just finished reading Jillian Michael's new book, "Master Your Metabolism" and once I'm done losing with the HCG plan, I am going to try her eating plan. While some say its just "calories in, calories out," she makes it clear that not all calories are equal and those processed "diet" foods that may be low cal really mess up your metabolism in the long run.
I highly recommend the book especially for those of us with sluggish metabolisms and (undiagnosed) issues. (Despite strong symptoms, doctors just don't want to mess with thyroid or other hormonal imbalances for some reason in my area.)
