i love WW. Really I do but I'm frustrated today. I get 21 points a day - yeah its 4.14 pm and i only have 2.5 points left for the day (I know I get the extra weekly points but I like to save those for the weekend). And I felt like I ate so healthy today - even had a salad and I hate salads. arghhhh :headache:

thanks for listening to me vent

I only get 18 :(
Try adding more 0 point stuff like veggies and sugar-free Jell-O, it helps in a pinch.

yea i have been there -- feel your pain but if you need to use a couple of your FP go ahead and do so, that is what they are for. i do the same thing, save them for a splurge meal on the weekends too but sometimes you just gotta

a low pt meal I use sometime is egg beaters cooked like scrambled eggs -- 1/2 cup for 2 pts (double check that is off my memory) and I add lots of veggies like an omelet

I feel your pain as I ate most of my flex points for mother's day and my cinco de mayo party on Friday. I am also approaching TOM and have been hungry all week. Zero point and 1 point foods are what I am relying on. Tonight I had a 1 pt salad, hard boiled egg whites, a pickle and lots of veggies. Some days there seems like there is no satisfying no matter what I do. Will be glad to start a new week on Friday.

Hang in there.

I think any of us that are on or have been on WW know what you are going through. Like has been said there are many 1 or 2 point options out there. But, this is why you have the extra points, they are for a day like this. Some days I am just always hungry, but I also have a lot of options. Apples, 1 point cakes, 3 point cereal, all these help get me through.

I have been at goal for about 4 months now and it is easier. Just hang in there. You can also go out and run for an hour, don't you get like 4 points for that? OK, so maybe a bowl of cereal is not worth an hour running, but that's an option :)

Hang in there, it gets better.

With the newest way they calculate My points are 21 and would be 20 once my next birthday hits. However, I got to goal on 22 points a day and I will never lose weight with lower. I had 22 when I was on the last flex plan (before the newest book came out) and when I went under 150 lbs I refused to go to 20 points. Maybe I lost a little slower, but I still lost between 1-2 pounds most weeks with occasional .6, .8 or .4's. Once in a while I would even have 3 pound loses.

I'd just rather eat a little more each week and lose slower.

Hang in there, some days are worse than others. That is why I try to use my flexpoints throughout the week so I don't feel so deprived.

And don't forget, if you have the time and inclination, you can do some kind of exercise and get points to use for you day that way.
