Weight Watchers' Momentum 2010: Was there a pull out menu?

Am I dreaming it?

I am so sure I had a pull out menu that I had taped to my cupboard door, but I can't find it.

I hit goal just after the new Points Plus came out, and I just never took to the new program.

I like the thought of monitoring my carbs & protein, but my fibre intake has suffered greatly on the new plan.

Despite my attempts, I realize that I resent WW for changing the programme that I worked so hard to make a way of life (not to mention all the cookbooks I bought, and the time I spent going thru my non-WW cookbooks to calculate & notate the points value for each recipe---E-tools did not work for me). I did ditch the old way, but as I've not embraced the new Points Plus plan, I have slid up the scales!

So I'm wholeheartedly abandoning Points Plus and re-embracing Momentum/Points plan!

I've got all my other materials it seems:
--Momentum books 1-10
-- calculator and points slider
-- Pocket Guide 2010 (it's so small compared to the Pocket Guides 2011/2012!)
-- some empty weekly trackers & a few completed 3 month journals for 2009/2010 .... (I do like the 2012 ones better, I used to track my activity in red ink & meals in blue ink, but these let me plan my activity week at a glance as well)
--- several cookbooks (Hit the Spot, In No Time, Restaurant Smarts, etc)
(I never had the complete or dining out companions, but might see about getting those thru ebay)


So, am I dreaming, or was there a pull out menu (besides the one in Book 1?)
hmmm.... did I maybe tear something out of a Weightwatchers magazine? Is that possible? This is driving me crazy!!!!

I first joined WW in mid-2000. Loved loved LOVED that program. Then met my now husband, and it's just "no fun" being on WW while being wined and dined, so I quit (and gained and gained). Rejoined for the year before our wedding, and thought the plan at that time was fairly decent. Re-rejoined almost immediately after DS was born, and DESPISED the program. Core was being introduced, they wanted me to put oil in my food (AND made me count it), oh words do not describe how much I hated the program then ('04).

And now I'm back. Now, I'm lucky because PP'12 works for me so much more than the other plans I dealt with, and it's even better than the plan I'd loved SO much in '00. But I totally GET not liking changes when something works for you.

I wasted something like a year, after I decided I wanted to do WW again, trying and failing to find my old-old-old program info. Couldn't even find my slider. Sigh. So at least you still have your stuff!

I hear you about being told to put oil in my food! That's so hard after years of trying to always choose lo-fat/no-fat!

My sister came up with my answer: I did have cut outs from magasines and from Book 1 of the Momentum plan!

And, I just ordered the 2012 Dining Out/Canadian Companions thru EBay.
So, I'm on my way!
